• A deposit of £100 is required on booking, the balance being due no later than 6 weeks before the holiday commences. For short breaks and bookings within 6 weeks of the holiday, the full amount is due immediately. Deposits are non-refundable. Should you cancel after paying the final balance, the amount paid will only be refunded if we can re-let the cabin for the length of your booking
     
  •  We strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
     
  • The letting week runs from 4:00pm Saturday to 10:00am the following Saturday, except for short breaks.
     
  • On arrival at Wester Walston Lodge, you will be shown to the lodge by a representative.
     
  • All electricity and gas, e.g. heating, lighting, cooking and bathing, is included in the tariff.
     
  • Bed linen, duvets and tea-towels are provided and included in the tariff. Bath towels are also included.
     
  • Children's high-chairs, cots and buggies are not included, but can all be hired locally for a small charge. Please state your requirements at the time of booking.
     
  • One well behaved pet may be allowed - please enquire.
     
  • Due to strict insurance regulations we must ask you not to smoke or have any naked flames in the lodge, except for the tea lights in the holders provided.
     
  • There are laundry facilities in the lodge for washing, drying and ironing.
     
  • The lodge has a TV & VCR and a selection of videos for guests to use. The lodge also has music CDs, books and games.
     
  • Short breaks (up to three nights) are available, subject to availability and time of year. Please phone for prices. (Minimum charge £100)
     
  • No liability is accepted by Greenscene Holidays Company for loss or damage to hirers' property, including, but not limited to baggage and motor vehicles, however caused, nor for any mishap or accident to persons whilst on the premises.
    The owners reserve the right to refuse admission, or to terminate the let of any persons who in the opinion of the owners is acting in a dangerous or unruly manner which may cause danger or damage to the facilities. In any such case, fees paid will NOT be refunded.
     
  • We want your stay in our lodge to be as enjoyable as possible; should you have any special requests with regards to your stay with us, please ask when you book. We will always go "that extra mile" to accommodate your wishes if possible.
