27.................... ! That's 27 inches around her waste, which she wanted
me to keep mentioning throughout the evening. It didn't matter anyway
because on the night of her party she was still officially in her thirties
age-wise.
This was one of those parties that had the potential to go on for much
longer than the deadline, more especially because we were all squeezed into
a small and very warm room of the venue, whilst the big function room next
door was half empty for a wedding, with a band playing.
